I have completed an application form and provided the requested documentation. How will I know if my application has been accepted?
You will receive an email from us advising you on the status of your application when received and if it has been successful.
Your card would be delivered to you by courier at your office address in line with the information you provided.
You can change your PIN as many times as you wish.
A ‘Credit limit’ is the maximum amount you can spend or borrow using your Credit Card. This limit is determined by various personal details like your income, source of income, regularity of income, repayment history pattern, etc.
You will be given a credit limit subject to your income and ability to pay your outstanding.

You would have chosen a percentage to pay each month when you applied for your credit card. On the 15th day of every month, you will receive a fully itemized statement which will show the total outstanding balance and the payment due on the date you have chosen for every corresponding month.
The primary repayment option is through the direct debit process. However, other off-cycle repayment options available are;

The standard processing time is online real-time for payments made in cash and cheque will take a day from the transaction date
O3 Card members are protected against credit card fraud through the Chip & PIN. You are also advised to memorize your PIN, do not write down or disclose it to anyone. In the case of loss of card, you are to immediately call our CARE center to block the card.
You will need to advise our CARE Center on 0700O3cards (07006322737) immediately. Our CARE Center lines are accessible 24 hours each day. Your card will be immediately closed, balance and accrued charges transferred and a new card and pin issued.
