As an O3 Global Royal Card holder, you are entitled to a complimentary membership in Priority Pass, along with unlimited complimentary lounge visits per year, so you can enjoy a less stressful way to travel. 

As an O3 Global Business Card holder, you are entitled to a complimentary membership in Priority Pass, along with Six complimentary lounge visits per year, so you can enjoy a less stressful way to travel.

As an O3 Global Card holder, you are entitled to a complimentary membership in Priority Pass. This allows you to wait for your flight in a relaxed atmosphere in one of the more than 1,300 Priority Pass lounges around the world.

Benefit terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the O3 Global Card’s participation in and use of the Priority Pass™ program. Priority Pass is an independent airport lounge access program operated by Priority Pass (A.P.) Limited, providing access to participating airport lounges worldwide irrespective of airline or class of travel.

Eligible O3 Global Cardholders may receive a complimentary Priority Pass membership, subject to the specific card tier, benefit entitlements, and usage limits applicable to their card. Complimentary lounge visits, if included with the card tier, are limited to the number specified for that card. Any visits or guest access beyond the complimentary entitlement will be charged at the prevailing Priority Pass visit rate, as published on www.prioritypass.com, and billed directly to the O3 Global Card linked to the Priority Pass membership.

Some Priority Pass lounges do not permit guests, and guest access policies may vary by location. Lounge availability, facilities, and amenities differ across participating locations and are subject to change without notice.

By enrolling in the Priority Pass program through an eligible O3 Global Card, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for all lounge visits and guest charges not covered under your complimentary entitlement.
• Your O3 Global Card will be charged automatically for any chargeable visits once the lounge visit has been recorded by the participating lounge and confirmed by Priority Pass.
• O3 may securely verify your card account details and provide necessary and updated card information to Priority Pass solely to facilitate enrolment, lounge access, billing, and program administration.

Once enrolled, eligible O3 Global Cardholders whose card accounts remain active and in good standing may access participating Priority Pass lounges by presenting a valid Priority Pass digital card or physical card, along with a confirmed airline boarding pass, in accordance with lounge entry requirements.

In some locations, Priority Pass members may be required to meet minimum age requirements (commonly 21 years) to enter a lounge without a parent or guardian. All members and guests must comply with the house rules and policies of each participating lounge. Conference rooms, showers, spa services, or other premium amenities, where available, may incur additional fees.

Priority Pass lounge partners, locations, visit eligibility, and program benefits are subject to change. All Priority Pass members must adhere to the Priority Pass Conditions of Use, which are provided upon enrolment and are available at www.prioritypass.com.
